Expansion is set to boost capacity from 19 to 32 million passengers a year and recently secured its Development Consent Order. It’s a story that’s bigger than just infrastructure. Luton Rising has already returned £500m+ to local services and community projects — and its expansion could contribute £1.5bn annually to the regional economy.
